Is henna safe?
Henna itself is generally considered safe when used on the skin, particularly in its natural form. However, the safety of henna can be compromised when it’s mixed with harmful additives, especially in what’s commonly known as “black henna”, and if someone is allergic to one of the ingredients.
Our artists only use ALL NATURAL brown henna with no harmful chemical additives. The mixture may contain lemon juice, sugar, and essential oils. If you have a sensitivity to those ingredients please let us know ahead of time.

How long does henna take to dry?
It depends on the humidity level, but generally 20-30 minutes to dry all the way through.
How long does henna last?
Generally, henna lasts about 1 week with little aftercare, but can last up to 2 weeks with more aftercare and maintenance.
What do I need to provide on the day of the event?
Each henna artist will need a table, 2 chairs, covered shelter, and plenty of good lighting!
